However, let’s go a little further and make pancakes in the easiest way possible.

Ingredients:

Apple Maida – 1 Cup

Sugar – 1 Tbsp

Baking powder – 1 Tsp

Baking soda – ½ Tsp

Milk – 1 Cup

Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp

Vanilla extract – ½ Tsp

Melted butter – 1 Tbsp

Salt – As per taste

  • Combine milk and lemon juice in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add the vanilla extract and melted butter to it.
  • Take another bowl and combine Apple Maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in it, and whisk them together.
  • Gradually add this mixture to the milk mixture.
  • Mix the batter until smooth.
  • Heat a pan, add some butter, and pour the batter, cooking over medium heat.
  • Flip it and cook on the other side.
  • Serve it hot with honey or maple syrup.

Lachha Paratha And Sabji For Lunch

Ingredients for Paratha

Apple Maida – 2 Cups

Water – ½ Cup (or as per requirements)

Ghee – 2 Tbsp

Salt – ½ Tsp

  • Mix Apple Maida, salt, and ghee in a bowl.
  • Gratuity add water and knead a soft dough, and rest it for 30 minutes covered with a moist cloth.
  • Take a small portion from dough, roll it into a thin shit.
  • Apply ghee evenly and pleat the sheet like a fan.
  • Coil the pleated dough and roll it again.
  • Heat the tawa, put some oil, and place the paratha on it.
  • Cook it on both sides until the colour changes to golden brown.
  • Serve it with paneer sabji or chhole sabji or prepare some kofta to accompany the Lachha paratha.

Samosa For Snacks

After a heavy lunch, the stomach needs rest for at least 4-5 hours. But around dusk, it begins craving something spicy and crunchy.

Ingredients

Apple Maida – 2 Cups

Oil – 3 Tbsp

Salt – ½ Tsp

Water – ½ Cup

Boiled potatoes – 2

Peas – ½ Cup

Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp

Garam masala – 1 Tsp

Turmeric powder – ½ Tsp

Chili powder – 1 Tsp

Oil for frying

  • Take a bowl, add Apple Maida, salt, and oil in it. Add water gradually and form a stiff dough. Give it a rest for 30 minutes.
  • Take a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, peas, mashed potatoes, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt to it and mix it well. 
  • Take a small ball of dough and roll it into a thin circle. Cut into halves and shape each half into a cone.
  • Fill the potato stuffing into it and seal the edges with water.
  • Shape all the samosas like this and deep-fry them in oil.
  • Serve them with chutney or ketchup.

Fettuccine Pasta For Dinner

Ingredients

Apple Maida – 2 Cups

Water – ½ Cup

Butter – 1 Tbsp
Salt – ½ Tsp

On a flat surface, place Apple Maida, create a well in the middle, add some butter, gradually add water, and knead a firm dough.

Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.

Shape each part into balls and roll them into flat chapatis.
Sprinkle some dry Apple Maida, place one chapati on it, sprinkle dry Apple Maida on top, and stack another chapati on it.

Stack all 4 of them and cut them into a square shape.

Sprinkle more dry Apple Maida on the stacked chapati and fold them into 3 layers.

With a sharp knife, cut thin stripes and separate them.

Boil water with salt, add the prepared fettuccine pasta, and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Drain them and toss with your favourite sauce and vegetables.

Choco Lava Cake For Dessert

Apple Maida – ½ Cup (As per requirements)

Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp

Salt – As per requirements

Baking soda –  ½ Tsp

Dark chocolate – 1 Bar

Butter – As per requirement

Chilled water – ½ Cup

Oil – 3 Tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 Tsp

Powdered sugar – ⅓ Cup

Vanilla extract – 1 Tsp

  • Take the desired moulds, grease them with butter, and freeze them for a few minutes.
  • Once the butter is set, dust them with dry Apple Maida and put them in the freezer again.
  • In one bowl, mix chilled water, oil, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, mix Apple Maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the mixture of dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients and mix them well. Ensure not to overmix.
  • Take the moulds out from the freezer, pour the prepared batter, add a piece of dark chocolate, pour more batter, and freeze them for 1 minute.
  • Take a pan and boil water in it. Place a grill rack inside, and place the moulds on top.
  • Cover the pan and steam over a low heat for 4-5 minutes.
  • Remove cake from the moulds and serve warm with chocolate syrup.
