3 Quick Air Fryer Recipes For Healthy Snacking – Fafda, Patra and Suji Chips

Want to have food that’s tasty but healthy too?

No, we’re not talking about elaborate diet dishes or changing the main ingredients just to make them “healthy” while losing the original taste.

We’re talking about enjoying authentic snacks like Fafda, Patra, and Suji Chips – made healthier by changing just one thing in the process. Sounds confusing? Let’s explain.

We all know that deep-fried food increases the risk of diseases and obesity.

One study with 16,479 participants concluded that eating deep-fried food raises the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Several other studies have also found a higher risk of type 2 diabetes linked to fried foods.

The trans fats present in fried snacks can also contribute to weight gain and obesity.
