½ teaspoon Apple Himalayan Rock Salt


1 Lemon

½ teaspoon Jeera powder

2-3 Pudina leaves

Water (as required)

  1. Add ice and squeeze lemon into a glass.
  2. Add a pinch of Apple Himalayan Rock Salt, sugar, and jeera powder.
  3. Tear and add pudina leaves.
  4. Pour water, and mix well.

1 cup curd

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup Apple Rawa

2 tablespoons Apple Maida

1/4 teaspoon Apple Himalayan Rock Salt

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine curd, baking soda, baking powder, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add Apple Rawa and Apple Maida to the mixture.
  4. Add in Apple Himalayan Rock Salt and mix until incorporated evenly.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared mould, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the mould for 10 minutes.

Slice and serve the fluffy, soft Rawa cake!
