1. Zero Oil Samosa
Dough
Ingredients
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 2 Cups
Salt – As per requirements
Ajwain – 1 Tsp
Water – As per requirements
Stuffing
Boiled Potato – 4 Piece
Cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
Chili Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – ½ Tsp
Mango powder – 1 Tsp
Green Chili – 1
Salt
Fresh Coriander – 2 TBSP
Boiled Green Peas – ¼ Cups
Mix the ingredients of the dough well, knead it, and rest it for 20 minutes.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the stuffing well.
Make a small ball from the dough, roll it on your palms, and place it on the rolling board. Roll the ball into a disc, keeping the thickness to a medium level (not thick or thin).
Cut it into half and make a cone from the half-slice
Add the stuffing into the cone and seal the edges with some finger pressure.
Add salt to a wok, put a lid on it, and preheat it for 10 minutes.
Place a plate in the middle and add samosas to it
Cover it with a lid and bake it for 20-30 minutes on low flame
Your healthy Samosas with zero oil are ready to serve
2. Atta Halwa
Ingredients
Water – ¾ Cups
Powder Jaggery – ¼ Cups
Pure Ghee – ¼ Cups
Cashew nuts – 1 Tbsp
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 1 Cup
Take water in a pan, add jaggery powder to it, and boil it.
Take another pan, add pure ghee to it, and saute cashew nuts.
After cashews change the color, add flour to it and stir it well until it changes color.
Add jaggery water to it and mix it well until ghee separates.
Add some more cashews to the halwa and serve it.
3. Godhumai Dosa
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 1 Cup
Yogurt – ¼ Cup
Salt
Water
Chopped Onion – 1 Medium
Chopped Tomato – 1 Medium
Chopped Green Chili – 1
Grated ginger – 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 Tbsp
Take a bowl and add atta, yogurt, salt, and water and mix it well. Make sure that there are no lumps and consistency is not very thin.
Once the batter is ready, add other ingredients to it and mix it.
Take a non-stick pan, and keep it on medium heat.
Drizzle 1 tbsp oil, spread batter to it, and drizzle some more oil before flipping it.
Cook it well on both sides and serve your godhumai dosa with coconut chutney.
4. Wheat Brownies
Ingredients
Dark chocolate chips – 1 Cup
Butter – ½ Cup
Brown sugar – ½ Cup
Fresh curd – ¼ Cup
Coffee water – 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 Tbsp
Apple chakki Fresh atta – 1 Cup
Baking powder – 1 Tsp
Baking soda – 1 Tsp
Grease a baking plate with oil and place a butter paper on it.
Melt dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl, over a pan of boiling water.
Take a bowl, add brown sugar, fresh curd, coffee water, and vanilla essence to it, and whisk it well.
Gently pour melted chocolate into it, making sure there are no lumps left.
Combine Apple chakki fresh atta with baking powder and baking soda and add them to the chocolate mixture.
Whisk it all together ensuring no lumps.
Pour it into the baking dish, add some chocolate chips on top of it, and bake it.
Serve it hot with vanilla ice cream.
5. Tacos
Ingredients
Dough
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 2 Cups
Salt
Oil
Water
Stuffing
Dry chili – 10
Onions – 2
Potatoes – 3
Coriander – 1 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 2 Cups
Shredded Mozzarella cheese – 2 Cups
Take the ingredients of dough in a bowl knead soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
Take a pan, add oil to it, and shallow fry dry chilies until they are crispy.
Take the chilies out, add largely chopped onions to the pan, and roast it till it turns golden.
Crush the chilies with your hands, add boiled potatoes to it, add roasted onions, freshly chopped coriander, and salt, and mix it well.
Make a ball from the dough, roll it on your palms, and place it on the rolling board. Roll the ball into a tortilla, keeping it thick.
Cook this tortilla on medium heat for 1-2 minutes without oil and remove it from the pan.
Take one tortilla, spread tomato ketchup on it, add cheese along with stuffing, and fold it in half. Ensure to not overstuff it.
Take a pan, add oil to it, and cook these tacos on low flame until they turn crispy and golden.
