Ingredients
1 Cup Apple Besan
1 Cup Apple Soji
1 Cup Curd
¼ Tsp Turmeric
½ Tsp Salt
1 Chilli
2 Tbsp Corriander
5 Cashews
1 Pack Eno
Take a bowl and mix it well until there is no lumps and rest it for 10 minutes.
Add 1 Pack of Eno to the bowl of mixture and mix it gently.
Take Idli Plate and grease it with oil, Add Cashews to the bottom and pour the batter of Idli.
Place it in the steamer for 10 minutes and your healthy breakfast is just ready.
Your Healthy Breakfast is ready with Apple Besan and Apple Suji. You can try it with Sambhar or Coconut Chutney.
