Family Fun Feast: Kids Cook Easy Apple Foods’ Besan Pizza!

Ingredients:
– Apple Besan – 1 cup
– Water – 1/2 cup
– Oats powder – 1/2 tsp
– Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
– Chopped basil leaves – 4-5
– Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
– Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
– Chilli paste – 2 tsp
– Cabbage – 1/4 cup
– Grated tomatoes – 1/4 cup
– Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – to taste
– Oil – 1 tsp
– Cheese – 2 cups
Let’s fun and delicious besan pizza in 5 easy steps:
1. Make the Pudla Batter:
– In a bowl, take Apple Besan, oats powder, black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, and add chilli paste into it. Mix everything well.
– Grate cabbage, carrots, and your favourite vegetables to make it healthier.
Pour oil and water, add salt, and whisk to make a smooth Pudla batter.
2. Cook the Pudla:
– In a non-stick pan, brush some oil. Pour the pudla batter and form a small circle like regular pudla.
– Cook the pudla on a medium flame until the base sets.
3. Add Toppings (Just Like Pizza):
– Grate cheese or take mozzarella cheese and add on the pudla. Slice the colouful capsicums and add them on pudla as toppings.
– Add mixed herbs, oregano, and chilli flakes.
– Add another layer of cheese and garnish it with basils.
4. Cover and Melt Cheese:
– Cover the pan with a lid and cook until the cheese melts.
5. Slice & Serve:
– Take the pudla out and cut it into slices like a pizza and serve with a green chutney or ketchup.
This pizza is fun to make with your kids and delicious to throw a healthy pizza party.
