5-step recipe for Sing Bhujia
Ingredients:
Peanuts – 1 cup
Apple Besan – 1 cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – as per requirement
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Baking soda – 1 pinch
Water – as per requirement
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Aamchur powder – 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Recipe:
– Take a strainer and wash the singdana (peanuts).
– In a bowl, mix Apple Besan, rice flour, chaat masala, dhaniya powder, Apple Himalayan Rock Salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and oil, and mix it well.
– Add baking soda and combine everything well. Add the soaked peanuts and mix it all together. Sprinkle water, mix it well, and rest it for 10 minutes.
– Heat oil in a pan and fry the sing bhujias in it.
– Take it in a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, chaat masala, aamchur powder, and Apple Himalayan Rock Salt, and mix it well.

5-step recipe for Methi Vada
Ingredients:
Methi – ¼ cup
White sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Garlic-chilli-ginger paste – 1 tsp
Curd – 1 tsp
Green garlic – 1 tsp
Bajra atta – 1 tsp
Coriander – 1 tsp
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 1 cup
Apple Besan – 2 tbsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – as per requirement
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Water – as per requirement
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil for frying
Recipe:
– In a bowl, mix methi, coriander, white sesame seeds, garlic-chilli-ginger paste, curd, green garlic, bajra atta, coriander, Apple Chakki Fresh Atta, Apple Besan, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder together.
– Add water as per requirement and knead a tight dough.
– Shape vadas with your hands.
– Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the vadas.
– Wait for a minute and then flip them. Fry the vadas for 2-3 minutes until they turn golden and serve them hot with chai.

5-step recipe for Verki Puri
Ingredients:
Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 1 cup
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Dry garlic powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – as per requirement
Water – as per requirement
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Recipe:
– In a bowl, mix Apple Chakki Fresh Atta, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, oil, and Apple Himalayan Rock Salt together.
– Add water and knead a medium dough like puri dough, and rest it for 10 minutes.
– In a separate bowl, mix corn flour and ghee together.
– Take a ball from the dough and roll a puri. Spread the prepared paste on it and place another puri on it. Make 3 layers of puri like this and roll it.
– Once the roll is ready, cut the sides and make small pieces of the prepared roll. Make small puris from each piece with the help of a rolling pin and deep fry them until they turn golden brown.
