1. Gulgule
Ingredients
Apple Rawa – 2 ½ Cups
Carrot – ½ Cup (Grated)
Curd – ½ Cup
Ghee – ¼ Cup
Mustard seeds – 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 Tbsp
Chana dal – 1 Tsp
Udad dal – 1 Tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Haldi – 1 Tbsp
Ajwain – 1 Tbsp
Hing – 1 Tbsp
Lemon – 1 Tbsp
Pepper – 1 Tbsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – As per your taste
Coriander – 3 Tbsp
- Soak 1 cup of Apple Rawa for 15 minutes in water.
- Take a bowl, add soaked Apple Rawa, curd, carrot, Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi, ajwain, Apple Himalayan Rock Salt, and 2 Tbsp of coriander. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Take 1 ½ cups of dry Apple Rawa, add the prepared mixture, and make a thick dough.
- Take oil in both hands and shape the dough into small balls.
- Boil water and drop the prepared balls into it.
- Cook them until they start floating. Wait for 2 minutes before taking them out.
- Take a pan, heat ghee add rai, jeera, peanuts, chana dal, udad dal, hing, and haldi.
- Toss the cooked Apple Rawa balls into it for 2 minutes.
- Serve gulgule in a bowl and add lemon juice with pepper for enhanced flavours.
2. Waffles
Ingredients
Apple Besan – 1 Cups
Ginger-garlic paste – 2 Tbsp
Onion – ½ Cup (Finely chopped)
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Haldi – 1 Tbsp
Ajwain – 1 Tbsp
Hing – 1 Tbsp
Baking powder – ½ Tsp
Baking soda – ½ Tsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – As per your taste
- Take a bowl, add Apple Besan, ginger-garlic paste, onion, hing, Kashmiri red chilli powder, haldi, ajwain, and Apple Himalayan Rock Salt.
- Add water, remove lumps, and make a smooth pourable batter.
- Right before making the waffles, add baking powder and baking soda to the mixture.
- Pour the batter into a waffle iron, and wait till it turns golden brown.
3. Paneer Tacos
Ingredients
Leftover chapatis made from Apple Chakki Fresh Atta – 2
Apple Besan – ¼ Cup
Curd – ½ Cup
Mustard oil – 4 Tbsp
Paneer – 1 Cup
Capsicum – 1 Cup
Cumin seeds – 1 Tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
Haldi – 1 Tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 Tbsp
Hing – 1 Tbsp
Apple Himalayan Rock Salt – As per your taste
Tomato ketchup – 2 Tbsp
Cheese – 2 Cups
In a bowl, take 2 tbsp mustard oil, add haldi, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, hing, Apple Himalayan Rock Salt, and mix it well.
Toss paneer and capsicum into it.
Add curd with Apple Besan, and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and cook the mixture for 2 minutes.
Take a leftover chapati made from Apple Fresh Chakki Atta and spread tomato ketchup on it.
On one side, add the paneer filling, and on the other side add grated cheese.
Fold the chapati and cook it in a pan until it turns golden and crispy on both sides.
