1. Rawa Laddoo

Ingredients

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Apple Rawa – 1 cup
Desiccated Coconut – 2 tbsp
Cashews & Raisins – 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder – 1 pinch
Powdered Sugar – ¾ cup
Melted Ghee – 3 tbsp
Lukewarm Milk – as per requirement

6 Steps Recipe

1. Heat the ghee on a low flame and add Apple Rawa to it. Roast it until it turns light golden brown. Transfer it to another plate.

2. In the same pan, add 2 desiccated coconuts and roast lightly for 1–2 minutes until they give a pleasant aroma. Transfer it to another plate.

3. In the same pan, add ghee and roast cashews and raisins until they turn golden, and keep them aside.

4. In a large bowl, combine all 3 ingredients and mix them well. Add ghee and lukewarm milk to bind the mixture together.

5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into smooth, round ladoos while the mixture is still warm.

6. Set the Laddoos for 30 minutes and store them in an air-tight container.

2. Besan Ke Ladoo

Ingredients

Ghee 2 TBSP
Apple Besan 1 Cup
Milk as per requirement
Powdered sugar 2 + 1/2 tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Almonds for garnishing

4 Steps Recipe

1. Heat ghee in a pan, add Apple Besan to it, and roast it until the texture and colour change.

2. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously, until the besan turns into a dough-like consistency. And give it a rest to cool down.

3. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder for the flavours.

4. Shape the mixture into laddoos. Garnish with almonds and store in an air-tight container.

3. Lapsi

Ingredients

Apple Chakki Fresh Atta 1/2 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Water 1cup
Jaggery 1/4 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Sugar powder 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Cashew & almond 1 tsp
Raisin 1 tsp
Ghee as per requirements

5 Steps Recipe:

1. In a bowl, combine Apple Chakki Fresh Atta and Ghee together and mix well.

2. Heat the pan, boil the water with jaggery. Gradually add the flour mixture into it, and cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes.

3. Mix the flour mixture. Add Ghee and mix thoroughly.

4. Place the current pan on another pan, allowing the mixture to cook gently on a slow flame.

5. Serve Lapsi hot, garnished with powdered sugar, cardamom, cashew, almonds, raisins, and top it with a dollop of Ghee.
