The easiest way to make traditional khandvi by Apple Besan

For Khandvi, you require,
Ingredients:
Apple besan – 1 Cup
Curd – 1 Cup
Water – 2 Cup
Salt – ½ Tsp
Turmeric – ½ Tsp
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 Tsp
White sesame – 1 Tsp
Green chilies – 1 Tsp
Corriander – 1 Tbsp
Grated Coconut – 1 Tbsp
Take 1 cup of apple besan, 1 cup of curd, 2 cups of water and mix it well. Add salt and turmeric and mix it using a whisk. Make sure not to have any lumps in the mixture.
Take a pan, add the mixture, keep the low flame, and stir the mixture for 10 minutes consistently till it gets thicker. Remember, it can not be too thick like a paste, otherwise, it will not be able to spread.
Take a plate of steel, and place it upside down. Take some mixture and spread it across the surface of the plate evenly with the help of a spatula.
Let it cool completely and create stripes across the plate using a knife. Divide the stripes and gently roll into khandvis.
For tempering, take oil, add mustard seeds, white sesame, and green chilies, and heat it. Once they crackle, pour them onto prepared rolls of khandvi.
